Holidays in static caravans can be lots of fun. At Langstone Manor Park, our stylishly modern caravans have all you may need. All kitchen utensils and facilities, duvets, bed linen and even outdoor furniture are included with our static caravan hire. You just need to bring yourself, towels and a loose plan for making the most of what Dartmoor has to offer.
It’s far easier to plan and pack for a caravan holiday than a trip abroad! There are no flight times to worry about and many static caravan parks are located in beautiful spots. Langstone Manor Park is close to some of the best of the outdoors that the UK has to offer. We’re a short drive from Tavistock and the smaller villages of Merrivale, Peter Tavy and Mary Tavy. Here you’ll be able to stock up on essentials for your stay or even find a friendly country pub for your lunch or evening meal. Our shop on site has all the essentials like milk, bread, tea and coffee too.
If you have pets, or small children, a static caravan can provide the perfect home away from home. Camping on Dartmoor can sometimes be a little cold and damp. A caravan with central heating, kitchen and bathroom facilities, as well as comforts like TV, sofas and patio areas, are an ideal solution. So, you’ll still be able to enjoy the beauty of Dartmoor National Park without the worry of inclement weather!
Dartmoor’s wild spaces are easy to fall in love with! Many guests who have stayed with us have returned year after year. Some have even decided to invest in the holiday homes we have for sale. Owning your own holiday home enables you to enjoy the moor outside of our regular holiday season. We’re open each year from March 15th to November 15th. Dartmoor is a dramatically beautiful place in the winter months and the ever-changing landscape draws many people interested in year-round outdoor activities such as walking, horse riding or even tree surfing near Tavistock!
At Langstone Manor Park, you can expect a warm welcome and access to paid WIFI throughout the park. We’ve got lots of information on family days out and Dartmoor walks too. Please, just ask if you’re stuck for ideas.
