These additional charges are payable:-
- Prices quoted include VAT, heating in all rooms and electric. Central heating is an extra £25.
- Pets (maximum of 2) are charged at £30 for each pet per week.
The holiday homes are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Easter breaks
Easter breaks: Friday 6th April for 3 nights & Monday 9th April for 4 nights. Please contact us for prices and availability.
Short breaks
Short breaks of 3 or 4 nights are available. NB prices listed under 'short break' marked with an asterisk* are only bookable within 4 weeks of arrival.
2 week bookings
When you book for 2 weeks there is a £25 discount.
Small party deduction
Small party deduction of 15% for up to 2 people sharing a unit on week bookings made up to and including the week commencing 19th May and from the 1st September 2012 onwards.

Telephone us on (01822) 613371 and book using a credit / debit card.
OR
Complete the self catering booking form, print, sign and date it and return it to us with a £50 deposit (non-refundable). The balance should be paid four weeks before arrival.
Please remember to enclose a SAE for confirmation of your booking.
If you have any special requirements such as high chairs or cots then please let us know in advance.
